What screenshots involves

Consistency is the variable that matters most and the one most plans ignore. Three sessions a week you will actually do beats five you will abandon in a month.

Recovery is training. Sleep, nutrition and rest days decide how much of the work turns into adaptation, which is why a serious plan addresses them rather than treating them as optional extras.

Programming beats intensity. A plan matched to your current capacity, progressed deliberately, produces results that a series of maximal efforts does not - and does it without the injuries that end programs early.

Assessment first. Movement quality, training history, injury history and what your week actually allows are what a plan is built from. A program written without them is a template with your name on it.

Where we work

Training in the region works best when the schedule fits the life around it, which usually means the location matters as much as the programming.

How to judge a provider

Ask how progress will be measured. If the answer is only bodyweight, look further.

A coach who assesses before prescribing, and who adjusts when something is not working, is worth more than one with a stronger social feed.

Start with an assessment and an honest conversation about what your week allows.
